Welcome to the Woodbridge at Lexington Hills website! Woodbridge became a community over 30 years ago and while a lot has changed in the surrounding area our neighborhood has remained a desirable, family-friendly and beautiful place to live! The hope of the HOA Board is to preserve that distinction for many years to come!
Below is some helpful quick reference information.
HOA Dues:
Annual dues are $155 and must be received by August 1st each year to avoid late fees.
Payments made by July 1st are entered into a drawing and one resident will be picked to have next year’s dues waived.

*Please include your Lot # with payments to ensure proper credit. (See Lot Map below)
When using Bill Pay thru your bank, please confirm the address matches the one noted above and list your Lot # as your Account #(e.g. “Lot 102”).
*The HOA does not have a phone number, so if your bank requires one for Bill Pay setup, we recommend listing your own as an alternative.
Garbage, Recycle & Yard Waste:
Garbage, recycle and yard waste collection are early Monday mornings. Recycling and yard waste alternate bi-weekly.
When not out for collection, containers must be kept out of site from the street and neighbors (e.g. in garage, behind fence/gate).
