Property alterations
The Covenants require that you request HOA approval for notable changes/updates to your home exterior or landscaping. Submit your request by sending an email to LHHAwoodbridge@gmail.com or completing the Property Alteration form here.

Annual dues are $155 and must be received by August 1st each year to avoid late fees.
Payments made by July 1st are entered into a drawing and one resident will be picked to have next year’s dues waived.

*Please include your Lot # with payments to ensure proper credit. (See Lot Map below)
If you use a Bill Pay Service, please confirm the address matches the one noted above and that your Account # is your Lot # (e.g. “Lot 102”).
*The HOA does not have a phone number, so if your bank requires one for Bill Pay setup, we recommend asking your bank if you can list your own phone number as an alternative.
Homeowners - please help us keep our records up-to-date by notifying the HOA when:

You buy or sell a home in the neighborhood
You are renting out your home and there is a change to the current tenant(s)
