Early Dues Raffle WINNER!
Congratulations to Gregg Chastain, winner of this year's Early Dues Raffle!
Participation was up from last year and we want to say "thank you" to all who submitted early dues! The payment of early & on-time dues makes our job so much better! The last thing the Board wants to do is send out notifications of late fees. Enjoy having no dues payment next year Gregg!
Entrance Sign Repairs
Ooh La La! The 88th entrance signs have been given a facelift! The bids to get the job done professionally were over $1,000, so a big THANK YOU to the board members who volunteered (Amy, Chris & Christy) to put hours of effort into making these signs look great again...and saved the neighborhood a lot of money!

Friendly Reminder
It should really go without saying...be a courteous neighbor and pick up your dogs poop! And even though you might not enjoy carrying that present from your pup for your whole walk, it is NOT ok to put it in someone else's garbage can. They don't want to smell that surprise in their bin any more than you do! 🤢💩 Doo-doo the right thing! 😉
Merry & Bright Holiday Lights Contest
What a great night and what a beautiful neighborhood! We loved seeing and chatting with everyone who came out for the event! And a big thank you to everyone who lit up their homes this season!!
We tallied the votes today and the competition was close! We ended up with two houses receiving majority of the votes! The Louvrak house took the win by receiving just one vote more than the Hagel house!
Thank you to all who voted and congrats to our winner!!

Quarterly Newsletter
December 2022
We are excited to announce that Woodbridge neighborhood has a new Facebook group!
Woodbridge at Lexington Hills - HOA
Our dedicated Facebook group is open to only homeowners and residents of Woodbridge and offers a great way for members to stay actively informed on community events and safety (neighborhood watch). It can also be a great way to seek and share helpful information with your neighbors, such as recommendations for local businesses or contractors. We also want our Facebook group to be fun and engaging, so we encourage everyone to celebrate our community and connect with your neighbors, perhaps by sharing gardening or lawn care tips, posting photos of your beautiful flowers or adorable pets, and sharing suggestions and ideas for neighborhood engagement and improvements!
December 2022
Good news...a safety concern at the Tot Lot has been addressed! It came to the attention of the board that multiple large railroad ties were sticking out of the wood bordering the playground and posing a safety hazard. All the railroad ties have now been either hammered down or removed!
December 2022
Revisions have been made to the following HOA policy:
Procedure for Assessing Fine for Nonpayment of Annual Maintenance Assessment
1) If HOA dues remain unpaid 30 days after the mailing of a second late notice, an additional fine of $50 will now be assessed (in addition to the initial $35 late fee).
2) Depending on the seriousness of the delinquency, the board may initiate proceedings to add a lien to the
property for the amount due (including any portion of annual assessments, fines and the cost of filing a lien). This amount now also encompasses legal costs including expenses associated with releasing a lien.
November 2022
Say "Hello" to our new HOA board members! During the last annual Woodbridge homeowners meeting, new board members were elected. We are excited to implement some much needed changes and improvements, as well as encourage a sense of community through better communication and neighborhood events!
Tom Vitt - President
JR Falkenhagen - Vice President
Gregg Beavers - Treasurer
Christy Schultz - Secretary
Courtney Bernett - Member at Large
Butch Swinney - Member at Large
Amy Schultz - Member at Large
*Member at Large - is a voting board member whose duties and responsibilities are not fixed but instead vary according to the needs of the HOA and support the other officers of the board.
