FAQ

What is the ACC Committee?

The ACC (Architecture Control Committee) reviews the neighborhood to ensure homes and properties are in alignment with the standards required in the Woodbridge Covenants. If a home or property is found to be in violation of the Covenants, a violation notice is sent to the homeowner. If the violation is not resolved within the timeframe stated in the letter, fees may be assessed.

The ACC Committee is also responsible for reviewing and approving property alteration requests.

Do I need permission to make significant changes to my house and/or yard?

Any exterior work (paint, siding, etc), remodeling, additions or major yard work needs approval by the ACC (Architecture Control Committee) or HOA Board. There is a form on our website to fill out and submit. Email to lhhawoodbridge@gmail.com.

Is parking on the street allowed?

No vehicles shall be parked on the streets within Woodbridge for a consecutive period exceeding 24 hours.

Are there any rules that apply to campers, RVs or boats?

Recreational vehicles and boats may be parked on Lots, but must be screened from the road and other single family dwellings (e.g. stored behind your fence). The HOA Board is understanding that there are times where your boat, RV, or camper may need to be in your driveway for a short period of time to prep for a trip and put things away after.

Can I have chickens/chicken coop on my property?

No animals or fowl can be raised, kept or are permitted on any lot except domestic dogs, cats, birds, hamsters, turtles, gerbils or any other animal normally accepted as a house pet. It is not permitted to keep/raise animals for commercial purposes in unreasonable numbers.

Can I ride a dirt bike, motorcycle or ATV in the neighborhood?

All motor or electric vehicles need to be driven/ridden below the speed limit of 25 MPH. For those riding non-street legal bikes, ATVs, etc., we understand sometimes a test ride is needed when working on a vehicle, but riding non-street legal bikes and ATVs in the neighborhood is not allowed beyond that.

Should we notify the HOA Board when we sell our home?

Yes, please send an email to lhhawoodbridge@gmail.com and let us know you are listing your home. The realtor and/or title company will contact for information as needed for the sale. After the sale, you can notify us and ensure your contact information will be removed from our list.

Do we have a playground and where is it located?

Yes, the playground (aka Tot Lot) is located in the North East corner of the neighborhood. *Discussions are currently underway regarding maintenance and potential changes/improvements for this area.
