2018 Annual Meeting - 3/5 at 7pm

Hello Neighbors!

We have planned the annual meeting for March 5, 2018 at 7:00pm at the Summit Library.  We’ll be discussing a few items concerning the upcoming year such as:
  • Dues - Whether current dues are sufficient or if an increase is necessary?
  • Tot Lot - Is it appropriate to continue maintaining it or should it be closed?
  • Maintenance - What is being planned for 2018?

We look forward to to seeing as many of  you as possible at this meeting.

Garbage Can Reminder

Hello Neighbors,

Also, we’d like to remind everyone to put away their garbage cans. We have received numerous messages that garbage cans being left in plain view. Please remember to properly store your garbage cans after garbage day on Fridays.


No Lot shall be used or maintained as a dumping ground for rubbish.
Trash, garbage, and other waste shall not be kept except in sanitary
containers properly screened and shielded from adjacent properties.
All equipment for the storage or disposal of such material shall be
kept in a clean, sanitary condition. No other trash, refuse pile, or
other unsightly growth or objects shall be allowed to group, accumulate
or remain on any Lot so as to be a detriment to the neighborhood or
become a fire hazard.

Annual Meeting and Board Elections!

It's that time again for our annual meeting and to elect a new board for our association. 

March 15, 2016

The meeting will be held at the Summit Library located at 5107 112th Street East.

This is your opportunity to have a voice in the community Volunteering for the board or the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is a great way to get involved.

On the downside, if we are unable to elect a new board a private property management firm will ultimately take control. And this, will almost certainly result in higher dues.

Annual Dues

Hello Woodbridge,
A special thanks to those that sent in their dues on time without a notice. We glitched a bit on mailing the dues letters this year. Everyone should have received one by now through the USPS. If you have not received a dues letter, please drop us a line and we'll follow up. Dues are currently $135 and may be sent to:

And we're back...

Alright everyone... A quick apology if you stopped by in the last couple of weeks while the site was down. It was the result of a less than perfect domain transfer. It should be behind us now.

Here's the good news though. The previous recurring fees for website hosting have been eliminated. That's right. It was costing roughly one years dues from one property to host the website and domain with the previous provider. We are now hosted on Google (a free service) with a custom domain through GoDaddy. With GoDaddy our domain costs are half the price of the previous provider and secured for the next four years. So no hosting fees and a half-price domain for four years.

Once again, sorry for any inconvenience. The recurring cost savings should be worth it.

Spring is here... and so is the newsletter

Hello everyone,
Spring is here and so far it's looking good. Here's the latest newsletter.  So take a minute and check it out.

Keep in mind that the neighborhood yard sale is on the horizon too.

As we approach the renewal date for our website, please remember that the correct email address for the board is rather than the older address. As discussed at the meeting and posted on the legacy website last year, we will trimming our online fees to just our domain registration while utilizing such free services as Gmail, Blogger, Facebook, and Twitter.
