Board positions open are: President Vice President Secretary Treasurer ACC members
Two homeowners volunteered to head
up the ACC. The Board is still looking for volunteers to replace the current board.
Open Discussion:
Homeowners expressed concern and frustration over semi-trucks parking on neighborhood streets. They are noisy,
block the roadway, commercial vehicles not allowed, and children almost getting hit coming out from behind were some of the
shared concerns.
It was proposed to hire an attorney who will send letters of violations, place liens on homes,
and represent the HOA in court in order to force homeowners to follow the covenants.
Westwood homeowners are concerned
with speeding cars on 90th and 65th Ave. The police have been notified several times and are stepping up the patrols
for speeders in our area. It was brought up to purchase speed limit signs that flash when speeders go by. Westwood has a specific Deputy to contact for speeders in our neighborhoods and will be forwarding that info to the
Woodbridge Board.
Meeting was adjourned by Westwood President Lori
